There have been a number of different types of personal attitudes and beliefs that contribute to toxic behaviours in an organization. 

    1.) Gossiping and making snide remarks of other individuals within the organization.
    2.) Intentionally looking for faults and constant criticism towards others.
    3.) Your personal thoughts and opinions are discounted within group meetings.
    4.) Over-demanding from those around you-it doesn`t matter how hard you work 
           it`s never good enough.
    5.) Subtle insults and put downs-you don`t often realize you have been insulted or put
         down until the negative feeling erupt later in the day.
    6.) Feelings of Jealousy
    7.) Feelings of Neediness 
    8.) When others make fun or mock your personal ideas in an unrespectable manner.
    9.) Laying blame rather than taking responsibility for one’s own actions.
    10.) Continual disclosure about the complaints within ones life and dumping the
     information on others (Leadership and Motivational Training, 2010).
